Congratulations! Your efforts are paying off. You have brought your
body into a zone where you feel you can accomplish anything.
You just want to be more challenged. You’ll be training 2 days in a row, where all your muscle groups are divided into 2 workouts. At this point, you will take 1 or 2 days off.
Then, you will go through 2 other workouts covering all body parts for the following 2 days. Rest 2 days and repeat.
This is a full 8 weeks progressive series and repetitions system. It is fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions for each exercise and training tips.
