Let’s start into strength training the right way using a full 8 weeks progressive, efficient and safe series and repetitions
system. This is a split routine where all muscle groups are divided into 2 different workouts.
It is fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions of each exercise and training tips. Take 1 or 2 days off between the 2 sessions.
