Let’s start into strength training the right way using a full
8 weeks progressive, efficient and safe series and repetitions
system. You will train 2 days in a row, where all your muscle groups are divided into 2 workouts.
At this point, you will take 1 or 2 days off. Then, you will go through 2 other workouts covering all body parts for the following 2 days. Rest 2 days and repeat. It is fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions of each exercise and training tips.
