beginner phase without missing a workout. You’re now ready to
go a step farther.
This is a split routine where all muscle groups are divided into 2 different workouts. It is a full 8 weeks progressive series and repetitions system. Fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions for each exercise and training tips.
Take 1 or 2 days off between the 2 sessions.
