connecting muchbetter with each muscle as you train them. Your body is reacting better to exercising. You will be doing a split routine where all muscle groups aredivided into 3 different workouts.
This is a full 8 weeks progressive series and repetitions system. Fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions for each exercise and training tips.
Take 1 day off between sessions.
