You have just completed 6 full months of regular and intense Online Training Programs - Global Fitness workouts  
workouts. Your body is just asking for more. Your mind is now connecting much better with each muscle as you train them. Your body is reacting better to exercising. You’ll be training 2 days in a row, where all your muscle groups are divided into 2 workouts.

At this point, you will take 1 or 2 days off. Then, you will go through 2 other workouts covering all body parts for the following 2 days. Rest 2 days and repeat.

It is fully illustrated with professional, magazine style photos, definitions of the training techniques proposed, descriptions for each exercise and training tips.
